We are seeking a Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and cares about delivering excellent results for customers. Each technician will manage a personal, curated route with the necessary equipment and chemicals provided.
No experience? No problem! We will train the right person—bring the drive, and we’ll help you thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Skim and brush pools thoroughly, removing debris.
- Test, adjust, and administer proper water chemistry.
- Backwash filters and perform routine system checks.
- Inspect equipment and identify issues.
- Record all activities in weekly customer reports.
- Ensure chemical safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Maintain clean equipment and a professional work site.
Requirements:
- Reliable pickup truck (or similar vehicle) capable of transporting pool equipment and chemicals (vacuums, poles, supplies, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and thorough, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones and apps (we use Skimmer).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license a plus.
